How do I book an event?

What are your rental rates?
We have three venues available for private events including our Aquaponic Dining Tables, Edible Garden, and Workshop Area. Please see the Rental Information Packet for pricing details.
How many seats are available in each area?
• Aquaponic Dining Tables: seats 54-60 guests comfortably
• Edible Garden: seats 40-45 guests comfortably
• Workshop Area: seats 30-60 guests comfortably
*If you wish to add seating, additional costs will apply.
What days can I book my event?
We are available for bookings on Saturdays and weekdays (special request).
Do you offer catering?
No. We do not offer catering at this time. Please see the preferred vendor tab for the direct contact information of caterers that we have enjoyed at our past farm to table events.
Where would my guests and vendors park?
Mari’s Gardens has a designated parking area outside of the front gate for your guests and near the pavilion for your vendors. Vendors are able to off-load in front of the event space and park conveniently nearby. Your guests are able to park outside of the front gate, along the private entry lane, and up Makapipipi Street.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes. Mari’s Gardens offers a BYOB policy in serving alcohol. If you decide to serve alcohol, a signed BYOB waiver is required at the time of payment of security deposit. Please see the Rental Information Packet for the BYOB disclaimer.
Can I have live music at my event?
Yes. You have the option to hire live music or use our complimentary Bluetooth speakers. All music must conclude by 9:45 pm.
Can I visit the garden to view the event space?
Yes. Mari’s Gardens is open to the public on Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-4am. You are welcomed to walk through the event spaces by yourself. If you would like a Mari’s Gardens staff member to guide you to the event spaces and answer any questions you may have, please call (808)625-2800 to schedule ahead of time.
